1.        General

"User" is anyone who has visited the website SizeEarth.com.

"Site" are all owners or any authorized to act on behalf of the owners of SizeEarth.com person.

The site allows users to exchange information about travel, places, events and photos for which they hold the rights, and to organize and exchange opinions and ideas on the forums of the site.

2.        Rights and obligations of the user

Any user is able to register for free at the site. By Registering you will be able to publish comments, posts to our forums, send private messages to other registered users through our forums, view the profiles of other registered users, express your opinion, whether positive or negative but without being rude or fanatic.

For all posts that are proved to be made with intention to get any financial benefit or in order to harm on purpose a person or a legal entity, the user is personally responsible and will be sanctioned by the site as described on section 4 of this document.

User registration is not required when you want to give a rating, to post copyrighted  material history, posting copyright images, materials, information about upcoming events and reviews of past ones, reviews of favorite places, including commercial establishments such as hotels, restaurants, bars, discos and more.

Users may upload unlimited number of their own copyrighted materials and photos. The user may communicate regarding any topic at any time with the site through the contact form in section "Contacts" or via the site’s pages at Facebook, Twitter and VKontakte.

The user has the right to share information on Facebook, Twitter and VKontakte.

User is required to use only their own materials or photos, or those for which there is an explicit permission from the author. User is obliged not to insult, use vulgar language or advertise obsessively on the site.

User may not distribute or use copyrights for all translated materials without the consent of the site.

3.        Rights and obligations of the site

The site shall use the information provided by users and keep it in good faith and only for the purpose of the site without selling it or exchanging it with third parties without the consent of the user, not including the cases when by law the site is required to share this information (criminal investigation, etc.).

The site is obliged to fulfill in good faith the will of all users who want to register or remove their registration and generally should comply with any user wishes regarding the feedback sent by the site. The website is obliged in case of change in this document to notify promptly all registered users by publishing a message on a visible place on a site or its forums.

The site is obliged to review in good faith the content of all submitted materials and photos before publishing them.

The site has the right to delete inactive users, to remove photos and other materials in case of need. Need could be caused both by hardware limitations and the desire to keep only the most current and useful information. The site has the right to translate  materials, to select, format and correct photos sent by the user as the only thing that site has the right to add to the photos is the logo of the site on them. The site has the right not to accept or publish photos or materials when it reckons necessary or when materials contain insults, vulgar words, or excessive advertising. The site itself defines "excessive advertising" on case by case basis. The site has the right to organize all sent photos posting them along with the text of the story or review or adding them to one or more existing or new photo albums where other photos already might be. The site has the right to use photos sent by user as thumbnails for a place entry without notifying the photo owner.

This site is not responsible for the information provided by the user and its authenticity. All materials on this site are submitted by different users, based on different subjective perceptions and views. The site is not responsible for updating the information. This site is not responsible for communication between users. This site is not responsible for any malicious actions of any user of the forum.

The site may not distribute or use copyrights for all translated materials without the consent of the user.

4.        Copyright, trademarks and legal issues

The site will publish only materials and photos of authors or their representatives. The site is not responsible for published materials, photos and other information sent by user who is not author but stated he/she is. In cases like that the site will remove this information and take action against mentioned users.

SizeEarth.com and SizeEarth and their logos are common trademarks and as such may use them without permission of the site owners or an authorized by them person. In case of violations of the trademark the site reserves its right to bring legal actions against offenders.

5.        Sanctions

Upon finding common or systematic violations of the rules for posting on the site, the site has the right to warn, delete or block a user. With proven information on copyright infringements, user or his/her e-mail will be blocked. Posts in Bulgarian and Russian not written in Cyrillic will be removed.

6.        Responsibility

This site is not responsible for the information provided by the user and its authenticity. All materials on this site are submitted by different users, based on different subjective perceptions and views. The site is not responsible for updating the information. This site is not responsible for communication between users. This site is not responsible for any malicious actions of any user of the forum.

The forums are the only section of the site that requires registration before your post is published.
